Article. (I)



Decree No. 449/2006 Coll., on the establishment of methodologies of tests for distinctness,

uniformity, stability and value varieties, as amended by Decree No.

125/2007 Coll., Decree No 320/2007 Coll. and Decree No. 11/2009 Coll.,

amended as follows:



1. In footnote 2 shall be added to the sentence "the Commission directive

2009/97/EC of 3 June 2003. August 2009 amending Directive 2003/90/EC and

2003/91/EC, laying down measures for the implementation of article 7 of the directives

The Council Directive 2002/53/EC and 2002/55/EC, as regards the characteristics to be

the test subject, and the minimum conditions for examining certain varieties

agricultural plant species and vegetable species. ".
