The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs notes that in accordance with section 9 (2).

It has been stored in the period from 1. 11.2003 until 31 December 2004. 1.2004 these

1. higher level collective agreement (dated December 30, 2003

period from 1. January 2004 to 31 December 2004. December 2004) concluded between the Trade

the Union of agriculture and food workers-Association of free trade unions

The Czech Republic and the agricultural Union of the Czech Republic.



2. higher level collective agreement for 2004 (dated January 14, 2004

for the period from 1. January 2004 to 31 December 2004. December 2004), concluded between the

Trade Union of workers of agriculture and nutrition-free Association

trade unions in the Czech Republic and by the Association of agricultural

entrepreneurs.



3. the collective agreement of a higher degree of organization of polygraphic production

(dated 29 December 2003 and for the period from 1 January 2004 to 31 December

2007) concluded between the Typographic Lecture, a trade union of the employees

polygraphic production in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia and the Association

printing businesses.



4. higher level collective agreement for 2004 (dated December 18,

2003 and for the period from 1. January 2004 to 31 December 2004. December 2004), concluded between the

Trade Union of workers of woodworking industry, forest, and

water management in the Czech Republic, the Czech-Moravian Trade

the Association and the Association of pulp and paper industry.



5. higher level collective agreement (dated December 17, 2003

period from 1. January 2004 to 31 December 2004. December 2005) concluded between the Trade

the Association of energy and the Czech Union of employers in the energy sector.



6. the collective agreement a higher grade for the year 2004 (dated 25 November

for the period from 1 July 2003. January 2004 to 31 December 2004. December 2004), concluded between the

Trade Union of workers of the transport, road holding and

car repair-Bohemia and Moravia road holding and Sections

The Transport Union of the Czech Republic-Road Sections of the economy.



7. Amendment No. 3 (dated September 30, 2003), Supplement No. 4 (dated 31 October

2003) of higher degree to the collective agreement concluded between the Trade

the Association of workers ' Trade Union and the trade and tourism of the Czech

of the Republic.



8. Supplement No. 3 of the collective agreement of a higher degree (14 August

2003) concluded between the Trade Union of workers of mining, geology and

oil industry and the Association of mining and oil Zaměstnavatelským

industry-Young miners will warm.



9. Appendix No. 3 higher level collective agreements for 2002-2004

(dated 12 December 2003) concluded between the Trade Union chemistry of the Czech

Republic and the Association of chemical industry of the Czech Republic.



10. Appendix No. 3, extending the effectiveness of collective agreements

a higher grade for the years 2001-2003, concluded on 5 December. 2. in 2001, to 31. 12.

2004 (dated January 19, 2004) concluded between the Trade Union Building

11. Appendix No. 1 to the collective agreement of a higher degree (January 19,

2004) concluded between the Trade Union of workers of the transport, road

economy and the repair of Bohemia and Moravia and the Association of entrepreneurs in

the construction industry in the Czech Republic.
