REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
of 14 June. December 2009,
for the purposes of housing allowance from the State social support for the
the year 2010 the amount of cost of comparable with the rent, the amounts
will be included for solid fuels, and the amounts of normative cost of
housing
The Government decrees referred to in section 28 of Act No. 117/1995 Coll., on State social
support, as amended by law No 112/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):
§ 1
(1) the amount of the cost of comparable with the rent according to § 25 paragraph. 1 (a). (b))
the law shall be for the period from 1. January 2010 until 31 December 2006. December 2010

(2) the amounts that will be included for solid fuels according to § 25 paragraph.

§ 2
The amounts of the normative housing costs under section 26(3). 1 (a). and)

§ 3
Housing allowance with regard to § 1 and 2 shall be established as soon as possible,
in the case of entitlement to housing benefit for January 2010.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2005. January 1, 2010.
