the Declaration that certain cultural monuments as a national cultural monument
The Government directs pursuant to § 4 paragraph 2. 1 of law No 20/1987 Coll., on State
heritage preservation:
§ 1
The Declaration that certain cultural monuments as a national cultural monument
(1) as a national cultural heritage claim to these cultural monuments:

(2) the location, description and spatial identification of national cultural
monuments referred to in paragraph 1 are listed in the annex to this regulation.
(3) the National Heritage Institute of national cultural monuments shall be marked according to the
paragraph 1 to 2 copies of the copies of the cadastral maps and within 30
days from the date of entry into force of this regulation 1 copy saved in the
A central list of cultural monuments of the Czech Republic and 1 copy
send the regional authority in whose jurisdiction is national cultural monument
referred to in paragraph 1 is situated.
§ 2
For security protection of the national cultural monuments declared by this
the regulation provides for this condition: the extent of built-up areas, the shape of the
terrain or elevation level and structure of the building must not change,

§ 3
