REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT
of 14 June. December 2015
amending Government Decree No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of
the function members of the Councils, as amended
The Government ordered under section 153, paragraph. 1 Act No. 128/2000 Coll., on municipalities
(municipal establishment), as amended by Act No. 626/2004 Coll. pursuant to section 98 of the Act No.
129/2000 Coll., on the regions (regional establishment), as amended by law no 231/2002
Coll. and Act No. 626/2004 Coll., and in accordance with § 120 paragraph. 1 of law no 131/2000
Coll. on the capital city of Prague, in the wording of Act No. 626/2004 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 37/2003 Coll. on remuneration for the performance of functions of the members of the
Councils, as amended by Decree-Law No 337/2004 Coll., regulation of the Government
No 697/2004 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 50/2006 Coll., regulation of the Government No.
614/2006 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 79/2008 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 20/2009
Coll., regulation of the Government No. 375/2010 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 459/2013 and
Government Regulation No. 52/2015 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. Annex 1:
