Dated 20 August 2015
Amending Government Regulation no. 567/2006 Coll., On Minimum Wage, a
minimum levels of guaranteed wage, on defining an aggravated workplace
environment and the amount of additional payment for work in difficult
environment, as amended
Government directs pursuant to § 111 paragraph. 2 and § 112 par. 2 Act no. 262/2006 Coll

Decree no. 567/2006 Coll., On the minimum wage, on the minimum levels
guaranteed wage, on defining an aggravated workplace, and on the amount
surcharge for work in a difficult working environment, as amended || | Government Decree no. 249/2007 Coll., Government Decree no. 452/2009 Coll.
Government Regulation no. 246/2012 Coll., Government Decree no. 210/2013 Coll.
and Government Regulation no. 204/2014 Coll., is amended as follows:
First In § 2, the number "55" is replaced by "58.70" and the number "9200" is
replaced with the number "9900".
Second In § 3, Paragraph 1 reads:
"(1) The lowest level of guaranteed wage for the weekly working time of 40 hours
are graded according to complexity, responsibility and difficulty
work performed, classified into 8 groups and is:

"§ 4
Minimum wage and guaranteed wage levels with limited work of the employee
(1) The rate of minimum wage for the weekly working time of 40 hours
is an employee who is a beneficiary of a disability pension, CZK
55.10 per hour or CZK 9,300 per month.
(2) The lowest level of guaranteed wage for the weekly working time of 40 hours
are graded according to complexity, responsibility and difficulty
work performed, classified into 8 groups and is:
