by implementing some provisions of the law on organic agriculture

The Ministry of agriculture provides under section 35 of Act No. 242/2000 Coll., on the
organic agriculture and amending Act No. 368/1992 Coll., on administrative
fees, in the wording of later regulations, as amended by Act No. 320/2002
Coll. and Act No. 553/2005 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") for the implementation of section 4, paragraph 4.
2, § 6 (1). 11, § 14 paragraph. 2 and § 23 paragraph. 2 of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree regulates the following on directly applicable provision
The European Union ^ 2) additional management conditions in organic farming.
§ 2
Livestock farming
(Section 4, paragraph 1, of the Act)
In organic farming is possible in accordance with the law of the European Union ^ 2)
treat only these kinds of livestock ^ 3): cattle, horses, pigs,
sheep, goats, rabbits, poultry, bees, fish and ecotypes of Central Europe
being exposed.

Model application for registration

Model application for the registration of persons active in the organic agriculture
(section 3 of the Act) is given in annex 1.
§ 4
Breeding rabbits
(Section 14 (2) of the Act)
(1) the Breeding male and female in the period of gestation can behave in pens
individually. In the case of group breeding kennel located in birthing boxes
or budníky; the number of boxes or budníků is not less than the number of
females confined in a kennel. Minimum pen floor area shall be 0.5 m2

§ 8
The effectiveness of the
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. February 2006.
