establishing the rules of engagement in international rescue operations,

providing and receiving humanitarian assistance and reimbursement

money of legal persons and natural persons doing business on

protection of the population

§ 1



Forms of involvement in international rescue operations



Czech Republic is engaging in international rescue operations when

emergency abroad in the form of

§ 2



Preparation for involvement in international rescue operations

§ 3

§ 5



Provide and receive humanitarian assistance

(2) Humanitarian assistance is provided free of charge to State authorities and

the authorities of territorial self-governing units, legal persons, doing business

own initiative, in the form of tenders.



§ 6



The organisation of humanitarian aid

authorities, authorities of territorial self-governing units and humanitarian organizations.
