The DECREE



on 2 December. July 2004

substances and preparations classified as very toxic



The Ministry of health provides under section 44b of paragraph 1. 3 of Act No.

258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amendment to certain

related laws, as amended by Act No. 356/2003 Coll. (hereinafter referred to as

the "law"):



§ 1



The subject of the edit

§ 2



The Commission for the examination of professional competence



(1) the Commission, in accordance with section 1 (b). and three members). The Chairman and the other members of the

§ 3



The application to the test

§ 4



Test



(1) the test is conducted orally.

(3) upon successful completion of the test, shall issue to the applicant a certificate of professional

eligibility for the management of hazardous chemical substances and chemical

preparations classified as very toxic ^ 1). In the event that the candidate

the test failed, it is possible to repeat the test at least six weeks. On

the basis of one application submitted to the test repeated only twice.



§ 5



(1) the Chairman shall draw up a test during the test protocol for the Commission

§ 6



Certificate of examination

1. Legislation (Act No. 356/2003 SB., § 44a and 44b of Act No.

258/2000 Coll., as amended),



2. the path entry of substances and preparations classified as very toxic

(hereinafter referred to as the "substances") in the organism of man in General and focusing on the substance,

that the candidate be treated or will be handled,



3. effect of substances on human health (acute poisoning, chronic poisoning)

with a focus on the substance with which the applicant handles or will handle,



4. principles of safety and hygiene of work when dealing with substances in General, and

with a focus on the substance with which the applicant handles or will handle,



5. the principles of first aid in case of premedical substances in General, and the

focus on the substance with which the applicant handles or will handle,



6. the disposal of substances and of the principle of the protection of the environment,

focus on the substance with which the applicant handles or will handle.
