amending Act No. 550/1990 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the Czech

of the Republic in matters relating to transfers of State ownership to some of the things on the other

legal or natural persons, in wording of later regulations, and some

other laws



Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:



PART THE FIRST



The amendment to the law on the scope of the authorities of the Czech Republic in matters of transfers

State ownership to some of the things to other legal or natural person



Article. (I)



In section 15, paragraph. 2 Act No. 550/1990 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the Czech

of the Republic in matters relating to transfers of State ownership to some of the things on the other

legal or natural persons, as amended by law No 438/1991 Coll., Act

No 282/1992 Coll., Act No. 170/1993 Coll., Act No. 154/1994 Coll., Act

No 218/1994 Coll., Act No. 161/1997 Coll., Act No. 164/1998 Coll., Act

No 269/1998 Coll., Act No. 21/2000 Coll., Act No. 242/2000 Coll., Act

No. 254/2001 Coll., Act No. 274/2001 Coll., Act No. 483/2001 Coll. and

Act No. 282/2003 Coll., on the end of the letter x) dot is replaced by a comma and

the following letter s) is added:



"s) in accordance with the decision of the Government to transfer to the State budget in the

Article. (II)

Law No 26/2008 Coll., Act No. 370/2011 Coll. and Act No. 25/2015 Sb.

the words "together with the amount of 7.2% yield of value added tax

borne by the State budget ' shall be deleted.



PART THE THIRD



The amendment to the law on the abolition of the national property Fund



Article. (III)



In section 5 (3). 3 (b). c) point 5 of law No 178/2005 Coll., on the abolition of the Fund

the national property of the Czech Republic and about the competence of the Ministry of finance

during the privatisation of the assets of the Czech Republic (law on the abolition of the Fund

national property), as amended by Act No. 15/2012 Coll. and Act No. 503/2012

Coll., the words "together with the amount of revenue from value added tax
