GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 26 March. October 2015,
fixing the scale of basic tariffs for members
security forces for the year 2016
Government orders under section 115 a of Act No. 361/2003 Coll., on the prison service
members of the security forces, as amended by law no 530/2005 Coll.
(hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):
§ 1
The scale of basic tariffs for members of security forces for the year
2016 is listed in annex 1 to this regulation.
§ 2
The scale of basic tariffs for members of security forces for the year
2016 as provided for under section 114 para. 2 of the Act is reproduced in annex 2 to the
application of this regulation.
§ 3
Shall be repealed:
1. Government Regulation No. 227/2014 Coll., laying down the scale
Basic tariffs for members of security forces for the year 2015.
2. Government Regulation No. 285/2015 Coll., amending Decree-Law No.
227/2014 Coll., laying down scale basic rates for
members of the security forces for the year 2015.
§ 4
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2016.
