on the determination of animal species requiring special care

The Ministry of agriculture determined in accordance with section 29. 1 Act No 246/1992
Coll., on the protection of animals against cruelty, as amended by Act No. 77/2004 Coll.
Act No 312/2008 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") for the implementation of section 13 (3). 11
the law:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree lays down the

(b) the application for authorisation) model the breeding animal species requiring special
care.
§ 2
Animal species requiring special care
(1) the class of reptiles (Reptilia) are animal species requiring special care
and all the poisonous species),
(b)) of the order of the crocodiles (Crocodylia) of all kinds.
(2) the class of birds (
Aves
) are animal species requiring special care
and from the order (kasuáři)
Casuariiformes
) all species with the exception of the genus Dromaius,
(b)) of the order Falconiformes (
Falconiformes
jestřábovití (family)
Accipitridae
) of the genera Aquila, Falco, Pithecophaga, Harpia Spizaetus, and
Haliaetus all types,
(c)) of the order of the OWL (
Strigiformes
) of the sovovití (Strigidae) from the genus Bubo of all kinds,
(d) of the order (krátkokřídlí)
Gruiformes
) of the jeřábovití (Gruidae) from the genus Grus all types,
(e)) of the order Ciconiiformes (
Ciconiiformes
) volavkovití of the family (Ardeidae) of the genera Ardea and Egretta, Ardeola
all of the species.

A model request for permit breeding animal species requiring special care
is given in the annex to this Decree.
§ 5
The effectiveness of the
This Decree shall take effect on the 15th day after the date of its publication.
