DECREE



of 26 March. October 2015



of technical-economic parameters for the determination of feed-in tariffs for

production of electricity and green bonuses to heat and the determination of

the lifetime of the generation facilities for electricity and heat production from renewable sources

energy (the Decree on technical-economic parameters)



Energy Regulatory Office lays down pursuant to § 53 para. 2 (a). a) and b)

Act No. 165/2012 Coll., on supported energy sources and amending

certain acts, as amended by Act No. 131/2015 Coll., to implement section 7

paragraph. 3, § 12 para. 1 (b). and, § 26 paragraph 1). 4 and § 27 para. 9:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down the technical-economic parameters for the determination of

feed-in tariffs each type of renewable resources for the production of

electricity and for establishing green bonuses to heat from renewable

resources for production of heat referred to in § 24 para. 4 of the law on the supported

energy sources (hereinafter referred to as "heat from biogas production"), the lifetime of the

production of electricity from renewable energy sources (hereinafter referred to as "production

electricity "), and the lifetime of the production of heat from biogas.



§ 2



Techno-economic parameters and service life



(1) the technical-economic parameters for different types of renewable energy

resources, which is a prerequisite for achieving the 15-year period

simple return on investment in the promotion of electricity produced from

renewable energy farm prices or in supporting the production of heat from

biogas green bonus to heat, are set out in the annex to this

the Decree.



(2) the lifetime of the production of electricity and heat generation facilities of the service life of the

biogas is laid down in the annex to this Decree.



§ 3



Transitional provision



For the production of electricity put into service before the date of entry into force of

This Decree shall apply to technical-economic parameters and time

life according to Decree No 347/2009 Coll., in the version in force before the date of

entry into force of this Decree.



§ 4



Regulation (EEC)



Shall be repealed:



1. Decree No 347/2009 Coll., laying down the technical and economic

parameters of renewable resources for the production of electricity and useful life

electricity generating stations of the supported sources.



2. Decree No. 350/2013 Coll., amending Decree No 347/2009 Coll.,

laying down the technical and economic parameters of renewable resources

for the production of electricity and the production of electricity from lifetime

supported by the sources.



§ 5

Production of electricity



I. water energy-hydroelectric power plants



1. Lifetime of the production plants of electricity: 30 years.



2. The request of the primary content of the energy efficiency (measured on

coupling the turbine):

Note:



1) in the case of the annual utilization of installed capacity, this is the net

the value, IE. reduced consumption of electricity of its own technology.



2) for electricity production using biomass is assumed the application

useful heat.



3) for electricity production plants incinerating municipal waste, it is assumed

financial income for the treatment of waste.



4) Specific investment costs are relative to the amount of flare

municipal waste per year [EUR/t].



III. Wind energy-wind power



1. Lifetime of the production plants of electricity: 20 years.



2. The request of the primary content of the energy efficiency: annual

average wind speed at the site of the construction of a wind power plant in height

the axis of the rotor, the proposed power plants shall be at least 6 m/s.

IV. Geothermal energy-the use of low-potential heat



1. Lifetime of the production plants of electricity: 20 years.



2. The request of the primary content of the energy efficiency: minimum

heat gain from the source of geothermal energy obtained through

heat transfer media permanently corresponds to 50 to 70 litres of water per second on

a temperature of 95 ° c per > megawatts of installed electric power

source.
