the protected landscape area of Brdy



The Government ordered according to § 25 paragraph. 3 of Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on the protection of

nature and landscape:



§ 1



Protected landscape area of Brdy



To ensure the protection of nature and the landscape part of the territory of the Brdy Highlands,

announces the protected landscape area of Brdy.



§ 2



The Mission of the protected landscape area



(1) the Mission of the protected area is to preserve and restore its

the natural environment, particularly ecosystems including wild

fauna and flora, conservation and restoration of the ecological

features of the territory and the preservation of the typical character of the landscape in the current

developing environmentally optimal use of system landscape and its

of natural resources.



(2) the subject of the protection of the protected landscape area is a harmoniously formed

mostly forest landscape of the Brdy Highlands with preserved ecological

functions, with a typical feature of the character with the bezlesými enclaves and the minimum

settlements, together with the natural values of the landscape while in

the scope and quality of natural and semi-natural communities

characteristic for the landscape, in particular brdskou and bezkolencových

pcháčových meadows, moorlands, peat bogs, wetlands, spring areas, communities

the rocks and natural forest communities and bound them rare and

particularly protected species of plants and animals. The subject of protection are

also, the paleontological sites and geological and geomorphological sites

in particular, the manifestations of mrazového weathering, stone outcrops, sea and

debris and also the natural habitat types and species, for which were announced

localities in the territory of the protected landscape area.



§ 3



The definition of a protected area



(1) the protected landscape area is situated on the territory of Central and

The Pilsen region.



(2) the territorial definition and description of the boundaries of the protected landscape area are

listed in annex 1 to this regulation.



(3) Indicative graphical representation of the territory is protected landscape area

listed in annex 2 to this regulation.



§ 4



The breakdown of the protected landscape area



The territory of the protected landscape area is broken down into 4 zones graded protection

nature.



§ 5



More protective conditions



(1) throughout the territory of the protected landscape area is only possible with the

the prior consent of the competent authority for nature protection

built-up territory of the municipality, with the exception of activities held in direct connection with the

ensuring the defence or State security, in particular because of training or

use of armed forces or security forces,



I) to carry out marking of climbing terrains and maintenance climbing

facilities, including permanent locking of resources, or



j) carry out a climbing activity outside climbing marked in

accordance with subparagraph (i)).



(2) On the territory of the III. zone of the protected area can be used only with the consent
