1 and section, paragraph 123. 5 of the Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school, primary,

secondary, higher vocational and other education (the Education Act):



PART THE FIRST



SCHOOL EDUCATIONAL, AND ACCOMMODATIONS



§ 1



Types of school educational, and accommodations



Types of school educational and accommodation facilities are:

§ 2



The purpose of the home



(1) Home provides the pupils of secondary schools and higher vocational students

school accommodation, educational activities, building on the educational

§ 4



Placement of pupils and students in the home

§ 5



Remuneration for accommodation in homes set up by State, region, municipality or volume

§ 6



The purpose of the boarding school



Hostel provides children and pupils of schools established separately for children and

students with disabilities and the children of the preparatory grade of primary school

special accommodation and educational activities, building on the

educational activities of these schools and educational institutions and

provides these children and pupils in school meals.

Organization of the boarding school

§ 8



Placement of children and students with disabilities in boarding school

Remuneration for accommodation in prep school set up by State, region, municipality or

The school provides practical teaching economy of pupils in secondary schools

COMMON, TRANSITIONAL AND FINAL PROVISIONS

Common provisions



(1) the Organization and scope of school meals pupils and students at a time

their stay in the home and the remuneration for the school meals are governed by special

disabilities at the time of their stay in prep school, and remuneration for the school

eating is governed by a special law. ^ 5)



§ 19



The transitional provisions of the



The provisions of sections 3, 5 and 9 shall apply from the 1. September 2005. In the meantime,
