on the criteria for determining the control of critical infrastructure

The Government decrees referred to in § 40 paragraph. 1 Act No 240/2000 Coll. on crisis
management and on amendments to certain acts (the crisis Act), as amended by Act No.
320/2002 Coll. and Act No. 430/2010 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to implement section
4 (4). 1 (a). (d)) of the Act:
§ 1
The cross-cutting criteria
Cross-cutting criterion for determining the control of critical infrastructure is

THE SECTORAL CRITERIA FOR THE DETERMINATION OF CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONTROL
(I).
ENERGY
