on the implementation of certain provisions of the law on trading in endangered

The Ministry of the environment (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") lays down the

pursuant to section 42 and to the implementation of section 3 (3). 7 and 9, § 15a paragraph. 4, section 15 c of paragraph 1. 3,

§ 17, § 18 paragraph. 1, § 23 paragraph. 3, 8 and 9, § 23a, paragraph. 6, Section 23b, paragraph. 5,

section 23 c of paragraph 1. 5, § paragraph 23d. 8, section 24, paragraph. 2 and 9 and § 25 paragraph. 2 (a). m)

and under section 16b, paragraph. 8 and § 23 paragraph. 1 (a). section 2 of the Act) No 100/2004

Coll., on the protection of species of wild fauna and flora

flora by regulating trade therein, and other measures for the protection of

these species and on the amendment of certain laws (the law on trafficking in

endangered species), as amended by law no 444/2005 Coll. and Act No. 346/2009

Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"):



§ 1



Application forms and registration card



(Section 3, paragraph 7, and 9, § 15a paragraph 4, section 15 c, paragraph 3, section 16b, paragraph 8 and article 18

paragraph. 1 of the law)



(1) in the case of an application for a permit or certificate for the purposes of importation,

export or re-export of specimens referred to in § 3 (3). 2 of the Act, including the

application for a personal ownership certificate, specimens of the request for

confirmation of the sample according to § 3 (2). 5 of the Act, or the application of

permission to export another especially protected species from the Czech

Republic under section 18(2). 1 of the Act and section 7 of this Decree shall be completed

the applicant sheet 5 "Application" of the appropriate form under the directly applicable

(2) in the case of applications for the certificate required for the relocation of the live

specimens of animal species threatened with extinction itself according to § 3 (2).

§ 2



Registration of applicants for the document CITES



(Section 3, paragraph 9, of the Act)



(1) the Ministry and regional authorities shall keep a register of applicants for the document CITES

in the framework of the central database permits, certificates and registration sheets

issued by the Ministry or the regional offices for the import, export,

§ 3



The form of the registration sheet and certificate of origin of confiscated specimens



(Section 23, paragraph 3, and 8 of the Act)



(1) the form of the registration sheet specimens is given in annex No. 3 to

and section 34a, paragraph. 8 of the Act is set out in annex 3 to this notice.



Records of treatment with caviar, the marking of containers of caviar and the allocation of

§ 4



(1) records of treatment with caviar are shrouded in paper or

an electronic form allowing the printed record.



(2) individual records are marked with serial numbers starting with number

"1".



(3) any record of caviar contains:

§ 5

§ 8



Replacement of the Ministry for the purposes of the proof of imports allowed

§ 9



A list of other species whose specimens are not covered by the obligation of

registration



[To section 23 (1) (b) and paragraph 2 of the law)]

§ 10



How to fill out the registration sheet and the implementation of changes in the register



(§ 23 paragraph 9 and Article 23a, paragraph 6 of the law)

§ 11



Mandatory information associated with the transfer of specimens



(To Section 23b, paragraph 5, of the Act)



The contents of the mandatory information associated with the transfer of specimens

published in trade in specimens according to Section 23b, paragraph. 1 to 4 of the Act,

and the model reference to the mandatory information published by the Ministry are

listed in annex 7 to this Decree.



Marking and identification of specimens



(To section 23 c, paragraph 5, of the Act)



§ 12



Unless the directly applicable European Union legislation on the protection of

§ 14



The register rings and other brands, for marking specimens in



(Section 23d, paragraph 8 of the law)



(1) the register of manufactured or distributed, rings and other brands

under section 23d paragraph. 5 of the Act leads the manufacturer or distributor of rings or

other brands in the separate book with paginated or

§ 15



Trade records and records of breeding



(Section 24, paragraph 2, 7 and 9 of the Act)



(1) the records referred to in section 24, paragraph. 2 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "business records"), and

the records referred to in section 24, paragraph. 7 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "records of breeding") shall

are marked with serial numbers beginning with the number "1". If the book is

§ 17



Lists of species not covered by the obligation of keeping records or

The implementation of changes in the register already registered specimens



1. Changes in registration already registered specimens (Section 23a (2) and (4)

The contents of the mandatory information related with the transfer of specimens and

information to fly or the publication of the trade in specimens of



1. trade and other treatment of specimens of animal and plant species

listed in the annexes to Council Regulation (EC) No 338/97 on the protection of

species of wild fauna and flora by regulating

trade with them shall be subject to regulation and control in accordance with the said regulation,

inform the buyer or interested in buying on the obligation
