The DECREE
of 28 June. June 2013
on the control of boilers and thermal energy distribution
The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine according to § 14 paragraph. 4 of law No.
406/2000 Coll., on the management of energy, as amended by law No. 177/2006 Coll.
Act No. 165/2012 Coll. and Act No. 318/2012 Coll., to implement section 6a of paragraph 1.
5 of the Act:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Decree incorporates the European Union regulation ^ 1) and establishes
the scope, method and frequency of inspections of boilers and heat distribution
energy and the format and content of the reports on these checks.
§ 2
The implementation of control and distribution of thermal energy boiler
Check the boiler and distribution of heat energy includes

§ 3
Report on the inspection of boilers and thermal energy distribution
(1) report on the inspection of boilers and distribution of thermal energy, which are not

§ 4

§ 5
The transitional provisions of the

Cancellation provisions
Decree No 276/2007 Coll., on checking the efficiency of boilers, is hereby repealed.
