The Ministry of industry and trade shall determine under section 98a of paragraph 1. 1 (a). (b))

Act No. 458/2000 Coll., on conditions for business and public administration

in the energy sectors and on the amendment of certain laws (energy

Act), as amended by law No 158/2009 Coll., to implement sections 24 to 26

Energy Bill:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This Decree lays down the ways of dispatching control of power

System (hereinafter referred to as "control"), the scope of and procedures for

dispatching control of electricity generation facilities, rules, technical cooperation

control, the terms and scope of the information transmitted to the transmission

system operator or distribution system operator for dispatching

management, the preparation of a transmission or distribution system operation and for the

operation and development of the electricity system, the evaluation of the operation

power system and method of use of the equipment for the provision of

support services requirements for the technical equipment of the production of electricity

for the purpose of dispatching and management method and procedure for the determination of the unclaimed

electricity and the compensation for electricity dispatching control at neodebranou

Supervisory control



§ 2



(1) supervisory control, which is used to ensure a reliable and

§ 3

§ 4

§ 5

§ 8



The operational instructions of the technical control room

an imminent threat to the life or health of persons. About

handling must be informed without delay by the competent technical

dispatching, which made handling makes a written record.



(6) the automated systems used for transmission of the dispatching management

interfaces to other information systems and technology.



§ 9



Preparation of the operation of the transmission system



(1) preparation of the operation of the transmission system includes:

§ 10



Operational management of the operation of the transmission system



(1) the operational management of the operation of the transmission system includes:

§ 11



Evaluation of the operation of the transmission system



(1) Technical dispatching of transmission system operator handles

daily, weekly, monthly and annual evaluation of the operation of the transmission system operator,

that includes:



and the evaluation of the actual course load) power system,



(b) the actual operational readiness evaluation) production sites,



(c) the balance of power and energy) transmission system and balance the performance of the Czech

(d)) and support services evaluation system,



(e) regulating energy, evaluation)

§ 14a

§ 14 c



The method and procedure for determining compensation for the unclaimed electricity and neodebranou

(1) Instruction to limit the production of electricity, including restoring

electricity supply to the system, gives the technical control room operator

1. In the management of the balance sheet a balance of power in the electricity grid
