specifying a dedicated gas equipment and lay down some conditions

to ensure their safety

The Czech Office of work safety according to § 5 (3). 1 (a). (d)), and (f)) of law No.

174/1968 Coll., on State specialized supervision of work safety, (hereinafter

"the Act") and the Czech mining Office under section 57, paragraph. 1 (a). (d)) of law No.

41/1957 Coll. on use of mineral wealth (the top Act) and under section 10

(a). and (c)) and the Czech National Council) Act No 24/1972 Coll. on the organisation and

on the extension of the supervision of the State Mining Authority, in agreement with the competent

the central authorities shall:



§ 1



The range of validity of the



(1) the Ordinance is binding on the Organization, covered by the scope of the

§ 2



Dedicated gas equipment



Dedicated gas equipment within the meaning of article 4 (a). (d)) to (g)) of the Act (hereinafter referred to

"the facility") are devices for

(d) gas liquefaction and evaporation),

§ 3



Organisation approvals



(1) the organization may be installed, repaired equipment, it

administrative revisions and tests and to fulfil gas pressure vessels

only on the basis of permission (hereinafter referred to as "authorized enterprise").



(2) Permission is issued by the Inspectorate of labour safety (hereinafter "the authority of the

supervision "), in whose district the Organization has its seat, where appropriate, permanent residence, and

on the basis of a written application of the organization.

deliver to the customer only after a successful test of the equipment certified by the authority

supervision.



(10) in the case of imported equipment ensures compliance with the obligations referred to in paragraph

8 and 9 of the user organization.



§ 4



Revision techniques

§ 5

§ 6

§ 8



Operation of the device



The operator is obliged to:

§ 9



Visits and tests

Transitional and final provisions



§ 10



(1) the organization engaged in an activity referred to in section 3, yet without the permission

are required to apply for them, within six months from the effectiveness of this Ordinance.



(2) the Permission issued by the organizations and personnel certificates issued before

effect of this order shall remain in force for three years from the date when the

the Decree took effect.



§ 11



Section 1 (b) shall be deleted. d) Decree No. 151/1969 Coll., which determine the

dedicated technical equipment.



§ 12



This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 2005. July 1979.
