§ 1
The range of validity of the

§ 2
Reserved pressure equipment
(1) reserved pressure equipment within the meaning of article 4 (a). (d) to (g) of the Act))

t/h to 115 t/h (including) or hot-water boiler with a heat output of over 35
MW,
(c)) 3. class-steam boilers with a nominal quantity of steam produced over 8
t/h up to 50 t/h (including) or hot-water boilers with heat output over 5.8
MW to 35 MW (inclusive),
(d)) 4. class-steam boilers with a nominal quantity of produced steam to 8 t/h
(including) or hot-water boiler with the thermal power up to 5.8 MW (including) and
all other liquid boilers.
(3) pressure vessels are divided into groups according to the maximum allowable
excess pressure (p) in the MPa and the product of the maximum allowable gauge pressure and volume

§ 3

§ 4
Organisation approvals
(1) to produce, assemble, repair, reconstruct the device and perform
revisions and tests of the boilers and pressure vessels supplying the manner and
periodic tests of gas containers are permitted only on the basis of organization
permission (hereinafter referred to as "authorized enterprise").
(2) Permission is issued by the Inspectorate of labour safety (hereinafter "the authority of the
supervision "), in whose district the Organization has its seat, where appropriate, permanent residence, and
on the basis of a written application of the organization.
(3) Organization in the application shall contain:

§ 5
Individual trial
(1) Every boiler and pressure vessel finished with the exception of the products

§ 6
Tests after repairs and reconstructions
(1) after the repair or reconstruction of the boiler or pressure vessel is authorized

(2) the Organization shall be the beneficiary of the test protocol, which becomes

documentation of repair or reconstruction.

§ 8
The audit techniques and testing authority

secondary vocational education of mechanical engineering and a minimum of five years ' experience in the field of
pressure equipment. For applicants for a certificate of audit technique of boilers

professional practice in the field of pressure equipment.
(3) the test authority conducting the first tests have completed full
secondary vocational education of mechanical engineering and at least five years ' professional experience in the

professional education, shall decide on the necessary length of the practice of the supervisory authority.

Visits and tests
§ 9
(1) for the purposes of the national vocational supervision is the operator shall be obliged to
prepare the boiler and pressure vessel inspection to the inspection or test in
the agreed date and under the conditions laid down by the supervisory authority.

manages and conducts the audit techniques or other professionally qualified worker
designated by the operator.
§ 10
(1) the Construction and the first pressure test produced, assembled,
repaired or reconstructed boilers and pressure vessels may exercise the
only revision techniques authorized organization (section 8).
(2) the first test and periodic tests of gas containers may only exercise

§ 11
Boilers heaters
(1) the boiler is allowed to operate only if the operator is responsible for

§ 12
Basic tests

Additional tests

Transitional and final provisions
§ 14
(1) the operator shall, within one year from the date of effectiveness of the
