on the safety operation of electric technical equipment used in the
mining activities and activities carried out using mining techniques
381/2012: Sb.
The Czech mining Office lays down pursuant to § 5 para. 3 and § 6 para. 6 (a). and)
Act No. 61/1988 Coll. on mining activities, explosives and the State
Mining Administration, as amended by Act No. 542/1991 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
(1) the Decree shall lay down the requirements to ensure the safety and health protection
at work and the safety of operations (hereinafter referred to as "safety and service")
including the safety of operation of electrical technical equipment (hereinafter referred to as
"electrical equipment") used in mining activity, activity
by using ^ 1), in the handling of explosives and in
operations related to these activities, such as, in particular,
switching stations, compressor stations, pumping stations, metering and security
the control panel.
(2) the Decree lays down the requirements for the qualification and the professional

§ 2
Interpretation of the terms
For the purposes of this Ordinance, means the

§ 3
The basic requirements to ensure the safety and operation of the
(1) electrical equipment may be operated only if it is assured that
persons are adequately protected against the danger of personal injury and
property against damage, electric shock or stress, or
phenomena caused by the effects of electricity and as examples of the dangers
the character, which can cause electrical equipment, technical
design, installation and location as provided for the project,
where appropriate, a drawing, a cover and operational documentation.
(2) electrical equipment shall be placed in classes and groups with regard to the
the risk, the nature of the work and the local conditions.
§ 4
Electrical equipment of classes A and B
(1) electrical equipment for class:
and electrical equipment) ^ 8) in rooms with danger of explosion of gases and

emergency checks, where appropriate, by the person with the qualification
at least knowledgeable worker under special legislation. ^ 17)
§ 5
Classification of electrical equipment are subject to revisions and controls
into groups

§ 6
Additional safety requirements for electrical equipment operated

§ 7
Additional requirements for the safe operation of electrical equipment in its

§ 8
More detailed safety requirements for electrical equipment operated
(1) can only operate the electrical device

(4) the electrical equipment class B may be operated only if it is included
in accordance with § 5 para. 8, 9, 10 or 11. For electrical equipment

§ 9
Requirements for the competence of persons carrying out activities to control and
on the electrical system
(1) electrical equipment may be operated only under the assumption that the work

with an insulating cover to protect against accidental contact with live parts,
e) work under the supervision of the worker with a higher qualification in the vicinity
Fiat live parts under voltage above 1 kV AC or
DC,
(f)) work on the electrical equipment with voltage up to 35 kV AC or
DC near Fiat live parts under voltage, for

(d)) work under the supervision of the worker with a higher qualification live
parts of electrical equipment up to 1 kV AC or DC
outdoors or in tight spaces, humid and hot,
(e)) work under the supervision of the worker with a higher qualification
the electrical equipment above 1 kV AC or DC in
Fiat close to live parts under voltage.
(5) a worker with a higher-skilled, knowledgeable, who owns a valid
certificate ^ 38) is competent for the execution of all of the separate
work on the electrical equipment with the exception of the revision, if a specific legal

(6) electrical equipment may be operated only if it is for
control of installation, operation and maintenance of determined person with an adequate
electrical engineering expertise, ^ 40) that is valid for this activity

tests carried out under a special legal regulation, ^ 41) if another
law provides for additional requirements. ^ 42)
(7) for the design of the electrical equipment is competent only
a person who meets the requirements of a specific legislation. ^ 43)
§ 10
Requirements for the competence of the review and verification of his technique
professional competence of the authorities of the State Mining Authority
(1) a competent inspector to carry out revisions and testing of electrical

§ 12
Exceptions
