Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This law regulates the conditions for the provision of medical rescue
services, the rights and obligations of the provider of medical rescue services,
the obligations of the providers of acute care to ensure continuity
health services provided to a health emergency
service conditions for ensuring the readiness of the health provider

§ 2
Basic provisions

§ 4
The definition of medical rescue services
Emergency medical service includes the following activities:

§ 5
The availability of medical rescue services

§ 6

§ 8
Provider of medical rescue services
(1) a provider of emergency medical services is a contributory

§ 9

§ 11

§ 12

§ 14
(1) a provider of emergency medical services can provide activity

§ 15

§ 17

§ 19

§ 25

Transitional provisions

within 12 months from the date of entry into force of this Act.
(6) the legal or natural person that does not meet the restrictions pursuant to § 17
paragraph. 1 the second sentence or section 17(2). 3, is required to include your name or

§ 32
The effectiveness of the
