Parliament has passed the following Act of the Czech Republic:



§ 1



The subject of the edit



This law regulates the conditions for the provision of medical rescue

services, the rights and obligations of the provider of medical rescue services,

the obligations of the providers of acute care to ensure continuity

health services provided to a health emergency

service conditions for ensuring the readiness of the health provider

rescue services on emergency management ^ 1) and crisis

the situation ^ 2) and the performance of public administration in the field of medical rescue

the service.



§ 2



Basic provisions



(1) emergency medical service health service is ^ 3), in which the

§ 3



The definition of certain concepts

§ 4



The definition of medical rescue services



Emergency medical service includes the following activities:

§ 5



The availability of medical rescue services



(1) the availability of medical rescue services is given, in particular, the plan

§ 6

§ 8



Provider of medical rescue services



(1) a provider of emergency medical services is a contributory

§ 11



Medical operating Center and auxiliary operating Center

§ 12

§ 14



(1) a provider of emergency medical services can provide activity

§ 15

§ 17



Medical rescue service provider name and the marking of the equipment

(4) If, in the provision of personal or material assistance in accordance with paragraph 2

produces persons who have provided assistance, demonstrable damage, shall be responsible for

§ 19

§ 25



Misdemeanors
