on the determination of the extent of direct teaching, educational, direct a specially
educational and direct educational-psychological-educational activities
workers

The Government decrees referred to in section 23, paragraph. 5 of law No. 563/2004 Coll., on
pedagogical workers and amending some laws:
§ 1
The scope of the
This Regulation shall apply to the pedagogical personnel ^ 1) schools and school
equipment (hereinafter referred to as "the school") established by the Ministry of education, youth
and sports (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry"), region, municipalities and voluntary

§ 3
(1) Pedagogical worker who is not appointed to the function of the representative

§ 4
The number of classes applicable to the determination of direct teaching activities
