The DECREE



of 25 June 2002. June 2012,



laying down the details of the definition of the subject of the public contract on the

construction work and the scope of the inventory of the works, supplies and services with

a summary of the Bill



Ministry for local development provides under section 159, paragraph. 3 of Act No.

137/2006 Coll., on public procurement, as amended by law No 110/2007 Coll.

Act No. 76/2008 Coll., Act No. 417/2009 Coll., Act No. 179/2010 Sb.

Act No. 258/2011 Coll. and Act No. 55/2012 Coll., to implement section, paragraph 44.

4 of the Act:



§ 1



General provisions



(1) appropriate documentation, for the purposes of this Ordinance means

documentation specifying the build in the technical, economic and

architectural details that uniquely define the subject of the

public procurement, its mass, material, structural and technical,

technological and operational properties, layout, appearance, and quality, and

that allows you to draw up an inventory of the works, supplies and services

(hereinafter "the inventory") including measurements.



(2) the scope and content of the relevant documentation for the award of public contracts

public works contracts; This is also true for public works contracts

such works, which do not require a building permit, or

the announcement.

§ 2



Classification



All construction engineering objects are classified by the type and

field of construction according to the classification of construction objects.



§ 3



An inventory of the work



An inventory of the works fixed in a direct follow-up to the relevant documentation in accordance with

§ 1 (1). 3 a detailed description of all the works, supplies or services

necessary for the full implementation of the public procurement, subject, where appropriate, a description of the

other works, supplies and services necessary for the fulfilment of the requirements

of the contracting authority.



§ 4



The inventory of work items



(1) the entry of an inventory of work means the description of each individual building

the work, supplies or services, which provides technical and qualitative

the conditions for the construction or installation work, whose implementation is

necessary to the construction of the building in accordance with the documentation referred to in §

1 (1). 3.

§ 5



The structure of the inventory work



(1) an inventory of the work is handled in the breakdown of the construction objects, engineering

objects and operating files in accordance with the relevant documentation.



(2) Each building object, engineering and operational file object,

defined by the relevant documentation, has its own inventory.



(3) an inventory of the work contains all the items of construction or installation

the works, supply of materials and services necessary for the construction of the building

the object, of the engineering and operational file object.



(4) an inventory of the work may be within each building object

the engineering of the object and the action file divided into building or

functional parts, or other similar parts, depending on the type of

§ 6



The contents of the items in the inventory of the work

§ 9



Incidental costs



(1) the ancillary costs are the costs necessary for the manufacture of the construction,

common to the whole building, not included in the item listings

building, operation and disposal of the site facilities, difficult production

§ 10



Other costs



(1) Other costs are the costs associated with the implementation of the obligations

the vendor resulting from the other terms and conditions of the tender documents,

not included in the item concerning the construction of objects of engineering

objects, or operational files nor in the inventory of ancillary costs.



(2) Other costs, in particular costs for copies of documentation

§ 11



Price system



(1) Price system means a structured set of information about the
