REGULATION OF THE GOVERNMENT



of 26 March. January 2005



For more detailed requirements to the workplace and the working environment



The Government decrees for the implementation of section 134 of the Act No. 65/1965 Coll., the labour code,

as amended by Act No. 155/2000 Coll.:



§ 1



This regulation incorporates the relevant provisions of European Community ^ 1)

and modifies the detailed requirements to ensure safety at work and

health protection in the workplace and in the environment.



§ 2



(1) this Regulation shall not apply to the workplace

§ 3

1. Stability and mechanical resistance of buildings
