GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 13 October. March 2017,
amending Government Decree No. 86/2011 Coll. on technical requirements
on toys, as amended
The Government ordered pursuant to section 12 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical
requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by
Act No. 71/2000 Coll., Act No. 205/2002 Coll., Act No. 226/2003 Coll.
Act No. 490/2009 Coll.:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 86/2011 Coll. on technical requirements for toys,
the text of the Government Regulation No. 24/2013 Coll., regulation of the Government No. 339/2013 Coll.
Government Regulation No. 151/2015 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. At the end of footnote 1, the following shall be added on separate lines
the sentence:
"Commission Directive (EU) 2015/2115 of 23 December 2003. November 2015, which for
the purpose of the adoption of specific limit values for chemicals used in the
the toys of the amended appendix C to annex II to the directive of the European Parliament and of the
2009/48/EC on the safety of toys when it comes to formamide.
Commission Directive (EU) 2015/2116 of 23 December 2003. November 2015, which for
the purpose of the adoption of specific limit values for chemicals used in the
the toys of the amended appendix C to annex II to the directive of the European Parliament and of the

2. At the end of footnote No. 1 is on a separate line following
sentence:

the purpose of the adoption of specific limit values for chemicals used in the
the toys of the amended appendix C to annex II to the directive of the European Parliament and of the
2009/48/EC on the safety of toys, in terms of

in the ratio of 3:1. ".
3. in annex No. 2 of Appendix C shall be added at the end of the table entries that
shall be added:

This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 February 2001. may 2017, with the exception of points 2
and 4, which shall take effect on the date of 24. November 2017.
