Notes and explanations:

1) polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in addition benzo (a) pyrene.

2) minimum data capture and time coverage does not include loss of

data due to the regular calibration or the normal maintenance of the instrumentation

techniques.

3) Spread throughout the year so that they are representative of the different values

weather and traffic conditions.

4) Spread throughout the year, so that the values are representative of the different

climatic and anthropogenic activities.

5) Indicative measurements are measurements with reduced regularity but

meeting the other data quality objectives.

6) One spot measurement a week, evenly distributed throughout the year, or

in the 8 weeks evenly distributed over the year.

7) for modeling uncertainty is defined as the maximum deviation of the measured

and calculated concentration levels for 90% of the individual measuring místza

the relevant period in relation to the imisnímu limit, and is not taken into account

the timing of events. The uncertainty for modelling shall be deemed a valid

in the area of the relevant air pollution limit. Fixed measurement to be

choose for comparison with the results of the modeling, must be representative of the

the range of the modelled situation. ".

6. in annex 2, part B, point 1, the sentence of "at least one stationary

measurement is placed in the suburban sites in zones where there is a higher

exposure of the population. ' is replaced by the phrase "at least one station in the zone and

agglomeration are placed in areas where exposure may occur

population, the highest concentration of the tropospheric ozone. ".

7. in annex No 3, point 2.1, the words "at least 270 °" the words

"or 180 ° for the sampling point in the line of residential development".

8. In annex 3, paragraph 2.2 at the end of the text the words "and any

variances are properly documented ".

9. in annex 3 paragraph 2.5., paragraph (a) at the end of the text), the words

" ; a major crossroads for the purposes of this provision, means

crossroads, which disrupts the flow of traffic and where emissions arise from the different

from other parts of the road ".

10. in annex 3 section 3.1 reads as follows:

"3.1. Documenting the procedures of site selection and location of all measuring points

in the network, including the acquisition of photos around the measuring base in

the world's major sides, and a detailed map. In the case of the indicative

measurements or modelling, the documentation must contain detailed information about the

These methods and the fulfilment of the requirements referred to in annex 1 to this

Ordinance. ".
