opening a national nature monuments Malhotky and determination of its

closer trade conditions



Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))

Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.

349/2009 Coll.:



§ 1



The announcement of the national nature monuments



(1) is a natural monument Malhotky (hereinafter referred to as "the national

the natural monument ").



(2) as a national natural monument shall be designated as a natural formation, spatial

as defined in paragraph 3, with the appearance of



and arid grasslands ecosystems) and forest edges,



(b)) of the forest ecosystems of thermophilic Woods and community,



c) biotopes of rare and endangered plant species orchids in purple

(Orchis purpurea) and orchids (Orchis militaris) military, including

their populations and



d) Habitat rare and endangered species of animals hnědáska černýšového

(Melitaea aurelia), historically valuable interiers kozincového (Glaucopsyche alexis) and

snovačky pětitečné (Euryopis quinqueguttata), including their stocks.



(3) the national natural monument is situated on the territory of the Southern Moravia region,

in the cadastral areas Letošov and Nevojice. The boundaries of the national nature

monuments shall be concluded by the geometric shape with straight sides,

whose peaks are determined coordinates uniform trigonometric networks

cadastral ^ 1). Lists of coordinates of vertices of geometric shapes

as they go in shapes in a row, are listed in annex 1 to this

the Decree.



(4) the protection zone, the national natural monument is situated on the territory of the

Southern Moravia region, Letošov in the cadastral territory. The boundaries of the protective

national natural monuments shall be closed geometric

§ 2



More protective conditions
