For which the integration of the Presidential Advisory Commission on Foreign Relations is amended and clarified in its articles 1o and 7o of Law 68 of 1993.
THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. The numeral 2 of article 1o of Act 68, 1993, will be as follows:
Twelve members elected from the members of the Constitutional Seconds as well: Three (3) by the full Senate with their respective alternates and three (3) by the full House of Representatives with their respective alternates.
ARTICLE 2o. Article 7o of Law 68 will remain so:
Members representing the Congress will have the same period of the Chambers they have chosen. Those appointed by the President of the Republic shall have the same period. Some and others will continue in the exercise of their duties as long as they are not replaced.
ARTICLE 3o. This law governs from July 20, 2006 and repeals any provisions that are contrary to it.
