For which an addition and other budget operations are enacted in the Capital Resources and Resources Budget and in the appropriations law for the fiscal year 1998.
COLOMBIA CONGRESS
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 1o. Money and Capital Resources Budget. Make the following addition in the General Budget of the Nation for the fiscal life of 1998, in the sum of three hundred and seventy-two thousand twenty-eight million two hundred and sixty thousand eight hundred and forty-five pesos ($372,028,260,845) legal, according to the following detail:
ARTICLE 5o. Replace up to the sum of seven hundred billion pesos legal ($700,000,000,000), of internal credit resources from external credit resources.
Likewise, replace the sum of $1,568,603,500 from other treasury resources by external credit resources at the Agustin Codazzi Geographic Institute and the sum of $2,297,000,000 from other treasury resources by external credit resources in the Ministry of Mines and Energy.
The Ministry of Finance and Public Credit-Directorate General of the National Budget, in use of the power granted by Decree 568 of 1996, will make corrections to the resources and their corresponding codes, which are of a nature information.
ARTICLE 6o. The National Government in the decree of liquidation will exclude the transfers whose contraccredites are committed at the time of sanctioning the present law.
ARTICLE 7o. This law applies as of the date of its publication.
