By which item 8o is amended. of Law 103 of 1963 on the Colombian Patronate of Arts and Sciences.

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Article 8o. Law 103 of 1963 will remain so:

" The Colombian Patronate of Arts and Sciences, in his capacity as a consultative body of the National Government and for the fulfillment of the social interest assigned to him by Law 103 of 1963, may conclude contracts with the Nation, the Departments, Districts and Municipalities in the field of scientific research, artistic creation, education and culture, within the meaning of article 355 of the Constitution. For the proper management of the resources, it will be subject to the rules of fiscal control in force for the entities of their gender. "

ARTICLE 2o. This law governs since its enactment.
