Whereby some articles of the decree-law 1211, 1212, 1213, 1990 and Decree are added 1091 1995

THE CONGRESS oF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. Adiciónanse Articles 158, 140 and 100 of the decree-law 1211, 1212 and 1213 1990 respectively, and Article 49 of Decree 1091 of 1995, in the sense of including as computable starting to settle periodic benefits staff Official , NCOs, members of the executive level and agents of the Armed Forces and the National Police removed with allocation of retirement or pension and beneficiaries have arisen which have such status, December 31, 1996, the bonus compensation that recognizes staff the security forces in active service.
