For which the functions of the Deputy Attorney General of the Nation are expanded.

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The second indent of Article 28 of Decree No. 2699 of 1991, will be as follows:

2. Replace the Attorney General in his or her temporary absences or in cases of procedural impediment.

ARTICLE 2o. This law governs from its enactment and adds the numeral 2o. of Law 81 of 1993, which adds to Article 121 A of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
