which rises to the value of a monthly minimum wage subsidy received by the patient treatment of leprosy.

ARTICLE 1o. Amend article 5 of Law 148 of 1961, which will read:
"Sufferers of Hansen and Hansen called social cured, they receive the monthly allowance treatment of the national government, destined to cover their needs basic, shall be entitled to be paid the equivalent value of a current legal monthly minimum wage from the first (1st) July 1997. PARAGRAPH 1.
. the subsidy payment leprosy treatment, is not incompatible with another allocation from the Treasury.
PARAGRAFO 2o. the treatment allowance will increase annually by the same proportion as the minimum monthly wage increases.
PARAGRAFO 3o. the health care services to cured leprosy patients and social rights, will continue to provide the Ministry of Health through its social enterprises or other specialized body that has assigned these functions.

ARTICLE 2o. the quotas that they will become death of leprosy patients receiving allowance for being leprosy patients who do not receive state aid for covering their basic needs in housing, food and clothing will be filled.

ARTICLE 3o. This law governs from its publication and repeals provisions that are contrary.
