By means of which the Nation is linked to the commemoration of the eighties of the foundation of the Municipality of La Tebaida, Department of the Quindio and other provisions are dictated.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is linked to the commemoration of the eighties of the foundation of the Municipality of La Tebaida, Department of the Quindio, which will be completed on August 14, 1996.

ARTICLE 2o. Authorize the National Government, in accordance with Article 341 of the Political Constitution, to incorporate into the General Budget of the Nation corresponding to the vigencies of 1996, 1997 and 1998, the necessary appropriations to allow the execution and completion of the following infrastructure and social interest works in the Municipality of La Tebaida, Department of the Quindio:

a) Studies, construction and endowment of the municipal aqueduct of La Tebaida by the system of gravity;

b) Building and adapting the House of Culture;

c) Construction, adequacy and endowment of the popular recreation park.

The works must be evaluated technically, socially and economically for inclusion in the Program Bank and Project of the National Department of Planning and will appropriate in the General Budget of the Nation in the first year of execution. not less than 40% and in the following two years 30% until their termination.

ARTICLE 3o. The National Government must proceed in accordance, incorporating in the respective budget laws, the items assigned in each case, prior to the analysis of financial availability, feasibility of implementing and complying with the requirements laid down by Decree 2132 of 1992, Law 152 of 1994 and other existing provisions on the matter.

ARTICLE 4. Authorize the National Government to carry out additional appropriations and budget transfers for compliance with this law.

ARTICLE 5o. This law governs from your sanction.
