For which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 464 years of existence of the Municipality of Malambo in the Department of the Atlantic and the construction of some works is ordered.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the 464 years of existence of the Municipality of Malambo, in the Department of the Atlantic.

ARTICLE 2o. For due compliance with the provisions of this Law, the National Government will make contributions, through the co-financing mechanisms established in the rules on the matter, for to contribute to the construction of a polideportive, in the municipal headland of Malambo, which will promote and promote access to sport, culture and recreation of the entire population; and the construction and endowment of the local hospital of Malambo.

ARTICLE 3o. For the achievement of the provisions of the previous article, the National Government will appropriate in the general budget of the Nation up to the sum of eight hundred million pesos ($800,000,000) of divided pesos: 50% ($400,000,000) for the polydeportive and 50% ($400,000,000) for the local hospital in Malambo.

ARTICLE 4. This Law governs from your sanction.
