Amend Law 4 of 1992 and other provisions are dictated

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The special premium provided for in the first paragraph of Article 14 of Act 4a. In 1992, for the officials mentioned there and for the prosecutors of the Office of the Prosecutor General of the Nation, with the exception there consecrated, that they retire in the future, or that having recognized the retirement pension still is they are bound to the service, they will make part of the base income only for the purposes of the settlement of the retirement pension, for which the pension contributions established by the law will be made.

The previous premium with the same limitations, will also apply to Auxiliary Magistrates and assistant lawyers of the High Courts, Magistrates of the Sectional Councils of the Judiciary, Magistrates of the National Court, and Magistrates of the extinct Disciplinary Tribunal and the Attorney General of the Nation's Attorney General's Office.

ARTICLE 2o. The technical premium of the rectors of the public universities of the national order established in Decree 1624 of 1991, will make part of the base income only for the purposes of settlement of the pension In the case of retirement, provided that this right is acquired in the performance of the charge of the Rector of the University, for which the pension contributions established by the law will be made.

ARTICLE 3o. This Law governs from the date of its publication.
