THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA DECREES:
ARTICLE 1o. Nation-Ministry of Agriculture may only hire the administration of the quota of Development Cacaotero that treat the Laws 31, 1965 and 67 of 1983, with private entities that meet the following requirement: In the General Assembly and the Governing Bodies the contracting entity shall be represented departments in proportion to its share in the domestic production of grain.
This representation must be clearly recorded in the statutes of the Bank.
Article 2.
. If that reform statutes or by any other means, participation mentioned in the previous article for the duration of the contract is affected, it will be revoked by the Nation-Ministry of Agriculture.

ARTICLE 3. Nation-Ministry of Agriculture, review the management agreement currently in effect and give a period which may not exceed 180 days from the effective date of this Act, that the contractor entity suits their statutes to the provisions of Articles above and under its new management organization based on them.

ARTICLE 4. In case of expiration of the term set in the preceding article, but it has complied with the provisions therein. Nation-Ministry of Agriculture revoke the management contract concluded between it and the contractor company, celebrating a new one with another entity that meets the requirements of this Act.

The 5th ITEM. It must be given effect to article 43 of Law 188 of 1995 "General Law Development Plan".

ARTICLE 6o. This Law governs from the date of its enactment and repeal the provisions that are contrary.
