By which and modifies the paragraph 1o. Article 51 of Law 152 of 1994

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Extend the validity set in paragraph 1o. Article 51 of Law 152 of 1994 until 1o. of January 2000.

ARTICLE 2o. This Law governs from the date of its enactment.
