By which items 5o. and 6o. of Act 105, 1993 are modified.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Article 5o. of Law 105 of 1993, will include a representative of the Transportation Sector, public passenger and/or mixed public service of the rural sector by road.

ARTICLE 2o. Article 6o. will be added in its first paragraph as follows:

Restocking of the Automotive Park of the Public Service of Passengers and/or Mixed. The maximum useful life of public passenger and/or mixed public service land vehicles shall be 20 (20) years. The public service fleet of public passenger and/or mixed public service (cams) of public passenger and/or mixed public service in the rural sector is excluded from this replacement, provided that they meet the technical safety requirements. required by the rules and with the certification established by them.

The rest of the text in the article sixth remains the same.

ARTICLE 3o. This law governs from your sanction.
