By means of which Law 61 of 1943 is amended.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Article 5o. of Law 61 of 1943, will remain so:

" The lot and the building, where the offices of the National Customs Office in the city of Cucuta until the year of 1974, have been assigned to the Municipality of Cucuta through this Law, will be destined exclusively for the construction of a center. commercial, in which it will be located to street vendors and/or stationary ones that work in the field and have been previously censured by the Municipal Administration ".

PARAGRAFO. Fifty percent (50%) of the utility produced by the sale of the premises to be built in such a commercial center, will be used for the construction of a College of Technical Media public.

ARTICLE 2o. Article 6o. of Law 61 of 1943, will remain so:

"The ceded lot has been owned by the Municipality of Cucuta since 1974, when the new Customs Office building came into operation."

ARTICLE 3o. This Law governs from the date of its enactment and repeals all provisions that are contrary to it.
