For which transfers are decreed in the Appropriations Act for the fiscal life of 1995

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. EXPENSE AND APPROPRIATIONS BUDGET. Carry out the following countercredits in the General Budget of the Nation for the fiscal life of 1995, in the sum of three hundred and sixty-seven thousand nine hundred and forty-nine million seven hundred ten thousand twenty pesos ($367,949,710,020.00) legal currency, according to the following detail:

ARTICLE 2o. Based on the resources in the previous article, open the following credits in the General Budget of the Nation for the fiscal life of 1995, in the sum of THREE HUNDRED AND SIXTY SEVEN THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED AND FORTY-NINE THOUSAND PESOS ($367,949,710,020.00) LEGAL CURRENCY, according to the following detail:

ARTICLE 3o. The National Government in the decree of liquidation of this Law shall make corresponding adjustments in the sources of financing of appropriations and in the revenue budget.

ARTICLE 4. Authorize the National Government to make, in the Settlement Decree to this Law, the corresponding adjustments that reflect the amount of the budget transfers without duplications approved. It shall also exclude transfers whose contraccredites are committed at the time of the sanctioning of this Law.

ARTICLE 5o. The fiscal position and the participation of the municipalities in the current income of the Nation, on the cellular mobile phone resources, ordered recently by the Constitutional Court, will only be performed on the resources not executed at the date of the statement of the statement. As a result, for the Fiscal Vigencia of 1995, a value of $34,141.3 million will be incorporated, equal to the right of territorial entities over one-eighth of these resources. In the next seven years the balance will continue to be incorporated into the budget by octaves, giving it the participation of the territorial entities.

For the above purposes, constitute the Fund ordered by Article 15 of Act 179 of 1994.

ARTICLE 6o. The municipal investment of sports resources will be made in accordance with the Municipal Development Plan, taking into account sports clubs and leagues, where they exist.

ARTICLE 7o. This Law governs from the date of its publication.
