For which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 90 years of existence of the National School Lyceum Celedon, and orders the construction of some works.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the 90 years of existence of the Celedon National School in the city of Santa Marta.

ARTICLE 2o. For due compliance with the provisions of this Law, the National Government will assist, through the co-financing mechanisms established in the rules on the matter, to carry out the works that improve the provision of services that correspond to the Celedón National School, which are then detailed:

a) Construction of 23 classrooms to expand educational coverage;

b) Construction of the Central Library with modern endowments that presupposes a service of this nature;

c) Building and endowment of a projection room;

d) Building and equipping a systematization room;

e) Construction of sports scenarios.

ARTICLE 3o. For the achievement of the provisions of the previous article, the National Government will appropriate the General Budget of the Nation to the sum of five hundred million pesos ($500,000,000).

ARTICLE 4. This Law governs from your sanction.
