By means of which the validity of Decree 2651 of November 25, 1991, on decongestion of justice is extended for one (1) year.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Extended by one (1) year the validity of Decree 2651 of November 25, 1991, with the exception of the provisions of Articles 39, 44, 54, 59, 61 , and 62 itself.

ARTICLE 2o. This Law governs from July 10, 1995, repeals the provisions that are contrary to it and complements the others.
