For which public homage is paid and the memory of General Ramon SantoDomingo Vila is extolated.

THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. Pursuant to article 150 numeral 15 of the National Constitution, the Colombian Nation honors public honors and honors the memory of the General Ramon SantoDomingo Vila, whose promising and discollating life was consecrated to the service of the Homeland.

He is found in his work and life for his exceptional civic virtues and his unwavering vocation of service to the community and the country in general standing out as an example for the new generations.

ARTICLE 2o. By the Secretariat of the Corporation refer in style, copy of the present law to the relatives of such a fellow enemy.

ARTICLE 3o. This Law governs from the date of its enactment.
