THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA, DECREES
:
ARTICLE 1o. Under the national budget and in accordance with the existing law, the relevant items for the acquisition of land and improvements and construction of the acoustic shell of the Musical University of Colombia, located in Ibague, Tolima Department will appropriate.
Article 2.
. The building is declared National Monument and facilities of the Conservatory of Music "Alberto Castilla" in Ibague, Tolima Department.

ARTICLE 3. This Act governs since its enactment.
