By means of which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 30 years of legal life of the Department of Guainia and investments are authorized.

COLOMBIA CONGRESS

DECRETA

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the 30 years of legal life of the Department of Guainia that took place through Law 18 of July 13 of 1,963, being President of the Republic the Doctor Guillermo Leon Valencia.

ARTICLE 2o. To celebrate the 30 years of legal life of the Department of Guainia, the Nation is associated with financial support for the execution of the following works:

a. Construction and endowment of an Industrial Technical Institute with boarding school, in the municipality of Puerto Inirida.

b. The paving of the road that leads to the city center of Inirida.

c. The construction of the wastewater treatment plants and the expansion of the aqueduct and sewerage services to the different neighborhoods of the municipality of Inirida.

d. The extension and paving of the airports of San Felipe, Barrancominas and Mapiripana.

PARAGRAFO. The Government will include these projects in the General Budget of the Nation and these investment resources will be channeled through the department.

ARTICLE 3o. The National Government and specifically the Minister of Finance, is empowered to carry out the corresponding budgetary operations with a view to the implementation of the provisions of the Present Law.

ARTICLE 4. This law governs from the date of its enactment.
