By means of which the Nation is associated with the celebration of the 80 years of legal life of the Department of Vichada and investments are authorized.

The Congress of Colombia,

DECRETA:

ARTICLE 1o. The Nation is associated with the celebration of the 80 years of legal life of the Department of Vichada that took place by Legislative Decree number 523 of June 3, 1913 and that carries the signature, of the then President of Colombia, Doctor Carlos E. Restrepo.

ARTICLE 2o. To celebrate the 80 years of legal life of the Vichada Department, the Nation is associated with financial support for the following works:

a) The construction of the Bridges on the river Vita and the Dagua and plateaus on the road from Puerto Carreño to Puerto Narino;

b) Construction of the airports in the municipality of Primavera and Santa Rosalía;

c) The construction of a covered polideportive in the municipality of Puerto Carreño.

PARAGRAFO. The Government will include these projects in the General Budget Law of the Nation and these investment resources will be channeled and executed through the Department.

ARTICLE 3o. The Government, and specifically the Ministry of Finance, is empowered to carry out the corresponding budgetary operations with a view to the implementation of the provisions of the Present Law.

ARTICLE 4. This Law governs from the date of enactment.
