THE CONGRESS OF COLOMBIA.
DECRETA:
ARTICLE 3o. SUSPENSION OF INCORPORATION INTO THE CENSUS OF NEW CEDULAS.
ARTICLE 4. VOTER REGISTRATION.
There will be a general municipal zoning period of two (2) months between November 13, 1993 and January 13, 1994.
ARTICLE 5o. ELECTORAL RESIDENCY.
ARTICLE 6o. REGISTRATION OF CANDIDATES. The registration of candidates for the National Congress expires at 6 p.m. (6:00 p.m.) on January 20, 1994. The amendments may be made until 6 p.m. (6:00 p.m.) on 25 January 1994.
ARTICLE 8o. USE OF THE ELECTORAL CARDS.
ARTICLE 9o. INSTALLATION OF VOTING TABLES. For the elections of the Congress of the Republic, President and Vice President, Governors, Deputies, Mayors, Councilors and Ediles to be held in 1994, voting tables will be installed in the same places where they worked for the elections. of 8 March 1992.
ARTICLE 11. VALIDITY OF JURY PROCEEDINGS AND PENALTIES FOR THEM.
ARTICLE 13. CAPITAL DISTRICT ELECTIONS.
ARTICLE 14. BLANK VOTE AND NULL VOTE. Blank voting is the one on the election card that points to the corresponding box. The blank vote will not be taken into account to obtain the electoral quota.
ARTICLE 15. VALID MEDIA FOR DATA TRANSMISSION.
ARTICLE 16. BUDGET APPROPRIATION AND COMMISSION OF FIDUCIA. The National Government is empowered to carry out the budgetary operations necessary to carry out the 1994 elections, including the appropriate appropriations and transfers during the in order to meet the costs of the electoral processes.
